Two professionals, a different way of selling homes
C’È CASA PREMIUM was born from the meeting of two professionals of the Padova property market who chose to work on a few properties at a time, following each one closely.
How it began
Few properties, followed well
We chose not to fill a shop window with dozens of identical listings. We take on a limited number of properties and present them as they deserve: professional photography, complete information and a price built on real local data.
Every client always speaks with one of the two of us, from the first visit to the signing at the notary. No call centre, no handovers.
We work in Albignasego, in Padova and in the towns of the province, with the availability of people who know the area and live in it.
