2. Data we process
- Data you provide through the forms on the site or by contacting us: full name, e-mail, telephone number, message content, property details (type, town, address or area, surface, rooms, condition) and any other information you choose to give us.
- Browsing data: IP address, date and time, pages visited, type of browser and device. They are recorded by the site’s systems and the hosting service for operation and security.
- Cookie data and similar technologies: see the Cookie Policy.
We do not request data belonging to special categories (Art. 9 GDPR) or criminal-law data. Please do not include them in your messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the forms (full name, e-mail, telephone, privacy consent) is necessary to contact you: without it we cannot reply to your request. The other fields are optional.
4. How we process data
Data is processed with electronic and, where needed, paper means by authorised persons and with security measures suitable to prevent unauthorised access, loss or unlawful use. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
5. Who may receive the data
Data is not disseminated. It may be communicated, to the extent necessary and only for the purposes indicated, to:
- technical and IT service providers acting as data processors (for example website hosting and maintenance, e-mail, form management tools);
- professionals and parties involved in the property transaction you requested (for example notaries, technicians and surveyors, banks and financial intermediaries, condominium managers, other brokers, counterparties), who process the data as independent controllers or as processors, and always at your indication or request;
- the Controller’s legal, tax and accounting advisers;
- public authorities and supervisory bodies, when required by law.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some resources of the site (for example fonts provided by Google or images provided by third-party services) are loaded from servers of providers that may be located or have infrastructure outside the EU, including in the United States. In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (such as the Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses (Art. 44 ff. GDPR). We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Retention periods
- Contact and valuation requests not followed by an assignment: up to 24 months from the last contact, then deletion or anonymisation.
- Data relating to assignments and contracts: for the duration of the relationship and the following 10 years (civil, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations).
- Data for promotional communications: until consent is withdrawn or you object, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.
- Browsing data: according to the technical timeframes of the hosting service, normally no longer than 12 months.
8. Your rights
At any time you can exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR: access to data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing, including for promotional communications. You can withdraw consent whenever you wish, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Write to cecasapremium@gmail.com: we will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country of residence.
9. Minors
The site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data of minors. If you think a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this notice
